Your care will be led by Dr. Marcin Stankiewicz, one of Adelaide’s most experienced fertility specialists, alongside a dedicated team of nurses, counsellors, and scientists.

Step 1: Fertility Consultation
A deep dive into your medical history, lifestyle, and past attempts. We’ll review blood tests, ultrasound imaging, and sperm analysis (if applicable) to understand what’s been standing in your way.
We welcome couples, single women, and same-sex partners with respect and care.
Step 2: Personalised Planning
Your treatment plan is tailored to you – customised after reviewing your results. We’ll talk openly about what to expect, potential outcomes, and costs. You’ll meet with a fertility nurse who walks you through medications, key dates, and emotional prep.
Step 3: Ovarian Stimulation & Monitoring
This stage involves tailored hormone protocols to encourage egg growth. You’ll be closely monitored with regular scans and blood tests to ensure your body is responding safely and effectively.
Step 4: Egg & Sperm Collection
Once ready, we’ll schedule your egg retrieval under anaesthetic. Sperm is provided the same day. Our lab team uses the most advanced technology to fertilise the eggs and support embryo development.
Step 5: Embryo Transfer
We select the healthiest embryo for transfer and place it gently into your uterus. You can usually return to work or rest the same day. Remaining viable embryos are cryopreserved for future use.
Step 6: The Two-Week Wait
This emotional phase is where hope and worry can collide. You’re not alone – we provide counselling, guidance, and encouragement until it’s time for your pregnancy test.
