Emma Warne
Emma Warne is a clinical and forensic psychologist in private practice at Glenelg South. She has been consulting as a clinical psychologist for over 15 years and she has a special place in her heart for fertility work. Emma’s goal is to support clients to develop sufficient strategies and tools that they can navigate life challenges with a smile. She utilises Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and other modalities, to suit individual need. Emma is also currently completing her PhD in Psychology, developing a group psychological program to support women going through fertility treatment.
Cassandra Irvin
Our Unit Nurse Manager, Cassandra is an internationally accredited Senior Fertility Nurse Specialist with over 15 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Technology in Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing and completed the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Nurse Certificate Course through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Cassandra has immense passion for her work and always seeks to provide the highest level of care with unreserved compassion for all of our patients.
Herman Fernandes
Dr. Herman Fernandes is the Scientific Director at Family Fertility Centre. He has more than 25 years of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and has developed special interest quality control, quality assurance and management of IVF laboratories. Over the years he has successfully designed, trained and implemented evidence-based technologies that are clinically relevant in improving IVF success rates, and looks forward to utilising these skills for the patient of Family Fertility Centre.
