At Family Fertility Centre we recognise that one size does not fit all, and we aim to be able to provide donor options that meet each patient’s needs, wishes and price ranges.
See our range of available donor options and pathways below:
Donor Sperm
We provide a variety of options when it comes to choosing a sperm donor, including donors sourced from South Australia and overseas. We also offer the option to import sperm directly from a selection of pre-approved donors. The cost of donor sperm varies on these factors, and may also depend on the treatment option you choose. This all may sound complex, but our donor coordinator can explain it to you.

Donor Eggs
We can also assist you in obtaining donor eggs from an overseas egg banks which meets the required Australian standards.
If you have your own potential donor, we can assess them and will do our best to work with you both in a way that maximises your chances of pregnancy. This applies to both egg and sperm donors.

Donor Embryos
Family Fertility Centre is one of the few clinics in Adelaide to offer a dedicated Embryo Donor Program, providing another pathway to parenthood for individuals and couples considering donor treatment.
A donor embryo is typically created through IVF and donated by another patient who has completed their own family. In some cases, embryos may also be created using donor eggs and donor sperm. Our donor coordination team can guide you through the process and explain the steps involved.
To learn more about eligibility, treatment pathways and how embryo donation works, please see our Embryo Donor Program.
Surrogacy
As Adelaide’s longest standing surrogacy program, we provide experienced, supportive care to individuals and couples considering this pathway to parenthood.
Surrogacy may be an option where carrying a pregnancy is not possible or safe. In South Australia, surrogacy is legally regulated and involves a structured process including medical, counselling and legal requirements. Our team will guide you through each stage and support both intended parents and surrogates throughout the journey.
